Present About A Chocolate ('',)

You may know it,i and Anis present it very difficult such as the times has be gone fast,why i say that because our present have simply point and do not read a long essay,right?arhhh,i'm feel best when stand at in front of audience.So,i wish that when have any program at tutorial,i will join it properly.

Also,about a chocolate again it has a benefits and badness.So,BENEFIT is give us energy,chocolate increase antioxidant levels in the blood,men who eat cholacolate live a year longer than those who dont,helps  relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide and balance certain in the body,the smell of chocolate may increase the brain waves,resulting in relaxation and lastly make you SMILE :)

For BADNESS is may tingger headaches in migrane sufferer,milk cholate is hinger colories,saturated in migrane sufferer,drinking a cup of chocolate before meal may actually diminish appetite

Hye! I'm here want to share some about me to you.This blog just for an english,eventhat to approve my grammar.So,we start with my full name is Nur Hashimah Binti Abdullah was born in 10.11.1993 at the Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur (HBKL).I'm from Kuala Lumpur but i stay at Batang kali,selangor.Now i'm taken in Diploma Human Resources management (HR) at the Selangor International Islamic College (KUIS).So,more about where latest my school i school at SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEBANGSAAN SYED MASHOR,BATANG KALI :) Little bit about my family backgrounds,i have 5 siblings and i'm the 1st as a sister for my siblings.Futhermore,i stay have mother and father.my mother just stay at home as a full housewife,my father job in Takaful Malaysia.I like to eat CHICKEN :D hehehe,but not fresh chicken din't cook.Also,like to drink watermelon juice.My ambition are want to be accounting,second ambition is want to be reading a news.My hobbies is playing game in online or computer such as ps2,huhuhu and another snap picture,outing with friends and etc.Else,my vision are want to get HIGHERS POINTER for my dad,mum and all that to give me support.Wish that! That's all,i would stop write at here and THANK YOU for read :)

Before making a video of the feelings I was like fun and I think will be running in front of people, so no feelings and no serious.But after the video showing,
i feel very NERVOUS sometimes when this video will show to all students in tutorial,but sometimes again i feel very FUNNY.U know why,cause i did not this video will showing by lecture to all students.So,thats why that feel happens in me.I hope all who are watching will not be mocked or laugh at me after this.hehehe.However, all of which I feel gives me the best teaching ang taught me not to be ashamed, not afraid to speak in front of people, using English and etc.So,lets watching and watching again for who already see it,look up tired ;D
